Brief Description
Out & back 5k trail run along the Manayunk tow path, running towards Conshohocken, PA, (and back)
Fees:
$20 (online registration prior to August 1st)
$25 (online registration after August 1st)
$30 race day
(There is an additional small charge per person for RunTheDay.com fee's)
Packet Pickup
All participants who preregistered will be able to pick up their running bibs & t-shirts at 2:30pm on race day.
Packet pickup will be located in front of The Couch Tomato Cafe'!
Race Day Registration
Race Day registration is encouraged and will be available starting at 2:30pm, at the same location as packet pickup.
Prizes
Awards will be given to top three overall men & women finishers at the after-party in from of The Couch Tomato Cafe'. These prizes are completely unique to the Manayunk Tomato Trot, so you won't want to miss them...you must be present at the after-party to receive your award. Age group awards will be given to the top finisher in each age group.
Post Race Festivities
There will be a block party after the run in front of The Couch Tomato Cafe!
There will be awards, live music & free sample pizzas for all race participants! You won't want to miss it!
